Refund policy

We hope you love your Snuggle Tales order. If you are not happy with your book, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, the book must be unused, unwritten in, undamaged and in its original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

Once the returned item is received and inspected your refund will be issued using a mutually agreed refund method.
